Who We Are
WindowsTechIT.com is a technology blog built around one simple idea: solving real Windows problems in clear, no-nonsense language. Founded by Palla Sridhar, the blog has grown over fifteen years from a single troubleshooting post into one of the more comprehensive independent resources for Windows users, covering everything from error codes and driver fixes to Microsoft Office, Outlook, OneDrive, and beyond. The site operates under the network of DigiPalla IT Services LLP, a digital services company based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
The Story Behind the Blog
In 2010, WindowsTechIT.com launched with an article addressing the Bootmgr problem in Windows 7.
It began on Blogger and later moved to a custom domain.
What triggered it was straightforward frustration.
Palla Sridhar found that Windows had its share of problems, but Microsoft community forums did not address issues in an elegant way—the number of threads was too many, and users had to scroll through different answers to discover an acceptable solution.
That gap became the motivation. Rather than leave users to wade through fragmented forum threads, the goal was to consolidate the best solutions into clean, well-structured guides that anyone could follow.
The blog has previously operated under the domains pallareviews.com and windows7port.com before settling at its current home. Over the years it has expanded considerably in both scope and scale, now hosting over 500 articles related to Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, and 7.
Meet Palla Sridhar
Palla Sridhar is the CEO of DigiPalla IT Services LLP and the primary writer and driving force behind WindowsTechIT.com. A former IT professional, his passion for Microsoft products goes back to his college days. He has written over 2,000 articles across software, IT, health, WordPress, tech, and other niches.
What sets his approach apart is the method behind it.
He literally studies the problem, checks it on his computer, and gets his ideas from Windows problems faced in daily life, researching those small and seemingly silly issues before writing a solution guide.
For topics beyond Windows—such as Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Skype, Outlook, OneDrive, and Google—he researches various forums, and where users have voted for solutions, he converts those into successful guides. This combination of hands-on testing and community research has been his approach for over fifteen years of writing.
Areas of Expertise
Deep, practical knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem anchors the blog’s content. Palla Sridhar’s primary focus is writing comprehensive how-to guides and solution articles for Windows 11, Windows 10, HDMI, Microsoft Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Facebook, Google, SEO, marketing, information technology, and apps.
The site is primarily targeted at Windows 11, Office, Skype, OneDrive, HDMI solutions, error codes, mobile apps, reviews, and Outlook—addressing issues related to Microsoft and the Windows operating system.
Over time the expertise has widened to include Windows 11 setup and optimization, driver troubleshooting, computer repair, system performance, security configurations, and SaaS tool reviews.
One of the blog’s most recognized areas is HDMI audio troubleshooting. The long-form guide on HDMI Sound Not Working in Windows has helped tens of thousands of readers globally, drawing detailed comments and appreciation from users across different PC brands and configurations— a testament to the practical depth the site consistently delivers.
What You Will Find Here
WindowsTechIT.com publishes content across several clear categories.
Windows troubleshooting guides walk readers through error codes, update failures, boot problems, and system repair step by step.
Driver download and installation guides cover major laptop and desktop brands, including Acer, Dell, Lenovo, and HP.
Microsoft Office and Outlook tutorials address configuration issues, sync errors, and productivity tips.
HDMI and display guides cover connection problems, audio failures, and resolution issues between PCs and televisions or monitors. The blog also covers technology reviews, app guides, LinkedIn tips, and occasional SEO and marketing content for small business owners.
All content is written for everyday users and small businesses, with tutorials designed in plain, jargon-free language.
Every guide is approached with the assumption that the reader is dealing with a real, frustrating problem and needs a solution that actually works—not a generic list of suggestions copied from a Microsoft support page.
Our Commitment to Readers
WindowsTechIT.com has always been free to read. Before trying any suggestions offered on the site, it is recommended that users back up all data, backup the Registry, and create a system restore point first. The content serves an informational and educational purpose, aiming to assist rather than substitute professional technical advice when necessary.
Over fifteen years, the blog has built a loyal readership from India and across the world. The mission remains unchanged from that first post in 2010: find the problem, test the solution, and write it up clearly so the next person does not have to struggle alone.
